Additional Information

Lyba Sultan is a senior in the Science and Tech program at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Lyba will be an intern in Dr. Joe Nguyen’s lab. In the future, Lyba intends to pursue an undergraduate bachelor’s and pursue medicine. Lyba wishes to work in family medicine afterwards. In her free time, Lyba like’s to spend time with her brothers, and jot in a bullet journal. Her project in the Nguyen Lab is to establish novel murine models of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma through CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing.
